Temperature Checks As an act of care and caution, RockFish Church is re-instituting temperature checks for staff and volunteers. Starting Wednesday, August 18th, RockFish Church asks all staff and volunteers that serve in the church building on weekdays and weekends to receive a temperature screening to ensure the well-being of the guests they interact with. The Volunteer Check-in Kiosk will have no touch thermometers. When arriving, please enter through the side door closest to the breakroom. Please reach out to the office or your ministry leader with any questions.
Men’s Retreat The annual Men’s Retreat will be held at Camp Rockfish on August 20th through 21st! This is an overnight adventure that allows you the opportunity to relax, fellowship, and participate in fun activities! The cost is $80 and covers all room and board. Back-to-School Supply Drive RockFish Church is doing a back-to-school supply drive now through August 22nd! New school supplies can be placed in the designated bin in the foyer of both the Raeford and Anderson Creek locations. A variety of school supplies are welcome and appreciated! All donations will go to help local families and schools that are in need in the area.
Blood Drive Cape Fear Valley Blood Donor Center will be hosting a blood drive at the Raeford location on August 25th from 4:30-7:30! All donors are asked to eat a healthy meal before donating, and to bring a photo ID!
Guest Speaker Alex McFarland Alex McFarland, an evangelist and author of numerous books on Christian apologetics, will be coming the Raeford location! Alex will be at the RockFish Students service Friday, August 27th at 6:30pm with a message on cultural hot-topics and he will speaking at the weekend’s Saturday and Sunday services on the 28th and 29th. There will also be a special “Evangelism Essentials” event on Saturday, August 28th at 9am where Alex will go into details on Cancel Culture. No registration required!
