After much prayer and consideration, we have determined that it is time to move forward and resume regular weekend services at our locations. Here are some updates on our services and best practices for gathering in a safe way!
Prayer & Encouragement Gathering
This Sunday, May 17th, we will gather outside at both the Anderson Creek & Raeford locations from 10:30am to 12:00 pm for a time of encouragement, prayer, and praise. This will be a time to gather as a family to worship our King and pray for RockFish Church as we prepare to return to regular Sunday services. This will be an outdoor only event so feel free to bring a comfortable lawn chair (folding chairs will be available.)
Memorial Day Weekend Opening
On Sunday, May 24th, RockFish Church will resume regularly scheduled services. Due to extra safety precautions, the worship center and children’s church may look a little different, but we believe that it will have minimal impact on the services. We will make adjustments to create the best environment possible as we continue our safe distancing worship experience.
When will it be safe to gather on campuses?
You may say, “I am just not ready to come back to church due to my health.”
That’s okay! We will continue our weekly live streaming services. If you are high risk or sick, we encourage members and visitors to please stay home until you are better. However, if you and your family are healthy and ready to attend a service in person, you’re invited to join us at one of our locations.
The leadership trusts you to know what’s best for you and your family and to be considerate and respectful of those around you. We are praying for you and we are excited about being together very soon. God bless you.
