Guest Services
This ministry supports regular church services, conferences, and special events with various forms of hospitality.
RockFish kids
There are many opportunities for your kids here at RockFish Church! RockFish Kids is offered for ages 2 years old- 5th grade. There is also nursery for babies up to 24 months old.
RockFish Worship
This team is composed of RockFish Church members with dynamic gifts and abilities that come together to lead God’s people in worship.
Tech Team
RockFish Tech provides audio, video, and lighting support for a meaningful service experience both in person and online.
Photography
The volunteers in this ministry take pictures at all of RockFish Church’s major events. They also take pictures of all baby dedications, baptisms, and ordinations.
Prayer
The Prayer Team lifts up the needs of the members of RockFish Church and those in the community.
Office Volunteer
Facility Care
With a large campus, there are plenty of opportunities to help keep RockFish Church looking guest ready! Minor cleaning, regular maintenance, touch up painting, and tending to the grounds can be expected in this area. Flexible hours and days allow you to create your own schedule with the Facility Manager!
Administration
If you have a knack for administration and a heart to serve, you can put your passions to work by serving during church office hours (Mon-Thurs, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Flexible schedules can be arranged, but committing to at least four hours a week is preferred. Updating records, managing the church library, organizing print materials, and assisting with event coordinating are some of the duties one can expect.
Production
Every month, the RockFish Production Department programs stage lighting, digital signage, and more with media and effects for support of weekly operations and services. We’re looking for talented, hard-working, proactive volunteers who are into social media, animation, film, audio, graphic design, production, or planning and logistics.
Outreach Admin Support
Sharing the Gospel in our community, nation, and world is a top priority of RockFish. A great opportunity for accomplishing this mission is with outreach. The ideal candidates would be committed volunteers to work in the administrative side of this ministry. Fielding calls, making organizational decisions, and above all focusing on spreading the Good News!
RockFish Kids
Maintaining the RockFish Kid’s area is a very important task to ensure the safety and fun of the children! Organizing the play areas, toys, as well as sanitizing, are some of the tasks you can expect. Ideally, adult volunteers would be available on Thursdays, but a flexible schedule can be arranged.
Yard Sale Store
The Yard Sale Store is an outreach ministry of RockFish that allows families the opportunity to have needs met while experiencing the love of Jesus. Volunteers can look forward to sorting new inventory, replenishing stock, fellowship with other volunteers and staff, and more! Flexible hours and days can be arranged.
REACH Teams
A Way Out
A Way Out is how RockFish Church engages with the homeless community in our area. The goal is to offer more than just a handout. In addition to providing some of the basic necessities, this program builds relationships with the goal of sharing the help and hope that is only found in Jesus Christ. This is done with the understanding that without a heart change, true life change will not occur.
Community Reach Events
These events take the church into the local neighborhoods. We combine food, fun, and the gospel as we serve the community. The goal is to interact with the community in such a way that it opens the door for the gospel message. The world is in need of help and hope, so it is our job to bring it to them.
Emergency Response Network
Responding to disasters, both natural and man-made, this team is bringing help and hope to those who find themselves facing unexpected circumstances. As we go, we are building a network of like minded churches, empowering them to help not only their communities but other communities as well.
International Reach Team
RockFish Church is engaged in an ongoing effort to develop and establish international ministry partners. Do you have an international connection or a heart to help reach the world? Consider how you might be able to bring value to something so close to the heart of God.
Lunch With Us
Lunch with Us is a monthly event that RockFish Church supports through volunteers. This event brings food as well as the gospel to areas of food insecurity around our community.
Prayer Points
Prayer Points are a great way to engage the community. All you have to do is simply set up the tent and then be present. Those that need help and hope will come to you. The key to a successful Prayer Point is consistency. The most successful Prayer Points occur regularly on the same day and time. It can be every week or every other week. It may take a little time, but the people will come.
Prison Team
This team is carrying the help and hope that is only found in Jesus Christ to those in local jails and prisons. Armed with the Gospel, the only hope for true and lasting life change, this team is not only reaching for those in prison, but their families as well.
Pro Life
This team goes beyond the 40 Days for Life and works year-round to meet the needs of mothers and babies. From sidewalk counseling to enabling abortion pill reversal to helping mothers with the needs of a new baby, this team is making a difference.
