Senior Pastor
Tony McVickers is the Senior Pastor of RockFish Church, where he has served faithfully for more than fifteen years. Known for his clear biblical teaching and commitment to practical discipleship, Tony is passionate about helping people grow into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
He holds a Master of Biblical Exposition, a foundation that shapes his dedication to accurate, accessible, and transformative preaching. Tony’s ministry philosophy emphasizes spiritual maturity, intentional leadership development, and mobilizing believers to live out the mission of Christ in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
Tony and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 25 years and share a deep commitment to strengthening families and cultivating a Christ-centered home. Together, they have four children and remain actively involved in the life and mission of RockFish Church.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Tony provides oversight to key ministry initiatives including leadership development, evangelism strategy, outreach partnerships, and digital discipleship. His heart is to equip the church, develop leaders, and see communities transformed by the gospel.

Jeff Hoglen
Lead Pastor, RockFish Church Philippines
Pastor Jeff serves as the Lead Pastor for RockFish Church Philippines. Jeff is married to his best friend Tonya and they have 3 grown children, 2 grandchildren, and numerous “spiritual children.” He has earned a Doctorate of Ministry as well as a Masters in Christian Education.
Jeff is funny, caring, and vulnerable when teaching. His transparency makes him approachable. He’ll unreservedly share any part of his life and education so that people can know Jesus, grow in that relationship, and fulfill their God given purpose.
Although he considers himself an introvert, he can perform karaoke with a crooner spin on almost any song.

Eric Gray
Director Of Ministry & Site Pastor | RFC Aberdeen
Eric Gray is a Pastor and the Director of Ministry of RockFish Church. Pursuing a BA in Christian Counseling, Eric has been a member of RockFish Church since early 2012 being active in ministry since early 2014. He was ordained as a Pastor in December 2024.
Eric is bi-vocational, working in the field of Industrial Security, using the skills learned through his +14 years of active-duty service in the Army. He and his wife Angie have been married for over 20 years, have three children, along with five grandchildren (and counting!).
Eric’s greatest pleasures in ministry are seeing true repentance and surrender to the will of God and watching husbands and fathers courageously take on the role of spiritual leader in their homes. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and NASCAR racing, so watch out if you see him at a go-kart track!

Dan DeBruler
Director Of Discipleship
Dan DeBruler serves as a Pastor and Director of Discipleship for RockFish Church, and embraces a passion to help others grow in their faith and leadership. Since joining RockFish in 2014, he has served in Worship, Media, and pastoral ministry.
He holds certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). and retired from a 20-year career as a communications engineer with the U.S. Army and has worked in Christian radio since 1999.
Dan and his wife Dorothy—(his teenage sweetheart)—have been married for more than 45 years. They enjoy family time with their three children and ten grandchildren. When he’s not preaching, teaching, or broadcasting, Dan enjoys woodworking, storytelling, and roasting coffee for friends and family.
