Participants will receive mentorship and real-world experience, focusing on church planting, team-building, community outreach, and pastoral leadership. This practicum is designed to develop confident, Spirit-led leaders who can launch and sustain healthy, growing churches.
The practicum includes hands-on projects, regular reporting, and ongoing feedback, ensuring that graduates are equipped to lead with wisdom, compassion, and effectiveness—whether planting a new church or leading an established congregation. This is more than a class—it’s a call to plant, lead, and multiply the Kingdom of God.
